Who is Schedulix built for, and which businesses does it work for?
Schedulix is for any business that runs on schedules and booked time slots — not sports venues only. It fits hair salons and barbershops, nail and beauty studios, vehicle inspection (GTP) centres and auto workshops, sports courts and fields, training and fitness halls, yoga and pilates studios, dance and rehearsal rooms, photo and podcast studios, clinics and tutoring centres, and other venues that sell time. If your customers book a slot, Schedulix can organise your schedule.
How do customers book online?
Online bookings come through the Bookaplace.eu public marketplace or an integration on your own website. Slots sync with the Schedulix schedule so reception and the web do not double-book.
How do plans and pricing work?
The marketing site shows indicative plans. A paid plan is activated after a short consultation and venue setup with the Eureka Soft team — no blind self-serve subscriptions from the website.
How long does it take to get started?
You can open the app right away at app.schedulix.net. For a full launch — locations, services, opening hours and an online channel — our team helps with onboarding; most venues are ready to take bookings after a short setup, not months of custom development.
Can the whole team work in one system?
Yes. Schedulix is built for reception and managers: a shared schedule, clear roles, and less chaos between phone notes, paper diaries and personal calendars. Everyone sees live occupancy for rooms and resources.
How are customers notified about bookings?
Confirmations and reminders go out by email at no extra charge according to your venue settings. SMS is an optional credit pack — buy credits and use them when you need them, with no pack expiry date.
Do we have to use Bookaplace, or can we use only our own website?
It is not required. You can take online bookings via Bookaplace, your own website, or both. Schedulix stays the operational schedule for the venue — you choose the customer channel that fits your business.
