General provisions

These Terms govern your use of Schedulix — the marketing site schedulix.net and the booking operations app app.schedulix.net (together the “Service”), provided by Eureka Soft EOOD (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Schedulix.

Definitions

• Account — your Schedulix user account used to manage venues, schedules and reservations.
• Services — Schedulix features for planning, bookings, availability and related operations for business customers.
• User — a person or organisation that uses Schedulix to manage a venue or related records.

Account registration

Some features require an Account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your Account.

Using Schedulix

You may manage schedules, availability and reservations through the app. Confirmations and service messages are sent through the Service (and email where configured). Marketing plans and prices are indicative; the terms confirmed in a contract or subscription apply.

Cancellation and changes

Rules for cancelling or changing customer reservations are set by the venue operator in Schedulix. Always check the policy that applies to the specific booking.

Prices and payments

Commercial terms for a Schedulix subscription are confirmed when you subscribe or renew. Payments from end customers to the venue (on site or online) are settled between the venue and the customer unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Schedulix only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Send spam or unwanted messages.
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service.
• Distribute malware.
• Violate others’ privacy or rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Schedulix, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Operational services to end visitors are provided by the respective business customer.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to Schedulix at any time where necessary, including for breaches of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on schedulix.net and/or sent by email where appropriate.

Governing law
