General provisions

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Eureka Soft EOOD (“Company”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you use Schedulix — the marketing site schedulix.net and the booking operations app app.schedulix.net (together the “Service”).

By using the Service you accept this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Schedulix.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use Schedulix:

• Personal information that identifies you — name, email, phone, address and payment or billing details when applicable.
• Venue and operations information — locations, services, schedules, reservations and account settings.
• Device information — IP address, device type and operating system.
• Usage information — how you interact with the Service, including in-app actions and contact-form enquiries.
• Contact-form data on the website (name, email, message and optional phone) — solely to respond to your enquiry.

How we use information

• To provide reservation, schedule and account services through Schedulix.
• To improve the website and app experience.
• To send service messages about the account and bookings and, where allowed, marketing offers.
• To contact you about support or commercial enquiries.
• To protect our rights, users and property.
• For abuse protection (including Google reCAPTCHA on contact forms).

Disclosure of information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate Schedulix (for example messaging, hosting, analytics or support).
• Third parties you choose to share information with (for example a public marketplace such as Bookaplace when enabled).
• Law enforcement or public authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your choices and GDPR rights

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability, subject to legal limits. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@schedulix.eu. You may request access to or deletion of personal information at support@schedulix.eu. Where available, you can also start account deletion from Profile in Schedulix (see the Delete account page).

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No internet transmission or digital storage method is 100% secure.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on schedulix.net and/or communicated by email where appropriate.
